Once a year for typical home use; twice a year if you have pets, live near a main road, or run the unit long hours. Regular cleaning saves electricity, cools better, removes odours and extends the unit's life.
Usually within 3–7 days of confirming the quote; book early in peak season (May–August). Split-unit installations need an on-site survey first so the quote is accurate. Tell us if it's urgent and we'll do our best.

We strip and wash the filters, evaporator coil (wet wash), fan wheel and drain pan, clear the drain line, and test the outlet temperature on the spot. Floors are protected throughout and we clean up before we leave.
