The Hang Sing Story
1974
Into the Trade
Founder Mr. Lui Kai Sing began his apprenticeship, building his HVAC foundations from the ground up.
1981
First Company
Mr. Lui founded his first engineering firm, taking on air conditioning works of every kind.
2007
Hang Sing Incorporated
Hang Sing Engineer Company Limited was formally established, broadening the client base with full-spectrum HVAC services.
2015
Second Generation
Mr. Lui Siu Hang took over operations, expanding into central HVAC systems and long-term partnerships with MTR, AsiaWorld-Expo and other major institutions.
Safety & Qualifications
All of our workers hold valid safety cards and worker registrations, and attend government-recognised safety courses every quarter. Multiple staff hold MTR-approved licences (RSI, CPNT, FM).
